Just a 3 hour bus ride from Dublin, the Cliffs of Moher are an attraction not to be missed if you find yourself in the beautiful country of Ireland.

How to get there: take a tour bus or rent a car. We opted to take a tour with Wild Rover Tours in order to see more of the countryside, however, renting a car will allow for time and stops along the way to this beautiful landscape.

Why see it? Because it’s truly stunning! The cliffs run about 8 and a half miles long with some amazing views. The cliffs are also attached to the Wild Atlantic Way tourist trail, which is roughly 1,500 miles long. A great road trip if you want to see more of Ireland. The Burren Way is another option to explore the area by foot. It is a 76 mile walking trail connecting towns with plenty of refuge along the way.

However you choose to get there and explore, you won’t be disappointed by the views and beauty of Ireland.

If you’re in the area and have a vehicle, stop by the town of Galway. Walk down the city center, look in the shops, and stop at a pub for a pint and lunch.
